Shipping & Returns
All of our pieces are made-to-order which means that each piece is handmade for each purchase. Our current processing time is 1-3 business days.

Domestic Shipping
All of our domestic orders are shipped via Speedy for free.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped by DHL Express and will require a signature upon delivery. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping info.
UK Order Minimum Requirement
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, but we must inform you that all orders to the United Kingdom, must meet or exceed a minimum total value of 135GBP.

Duties and Taxes
All orders shipped outside Europe may be subject to duties and taxes once they reach their destination country. Please note that these taxes are the customer’s responsibility and that we do not currently cover these costs.
Returns & Refund
If you want to return your order you must tell us within 14 days beginning on the day you receive the goods. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and in their original packing. If the returned product doesn’t meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. You are free to choose your own shipping method when returning your product. We will not compensate for packages lost in return shipping, therefore we recommend sending the items with a tracking number.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after the returned goods are received. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card. The shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments returned from outside the EU.
