We want every Bella Sherban order to arrive safely, quickly and with complete clarity around delivery, duties and returns.

Shipping

All orders are carefully prepared and securely packaged before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express and require a signature upon delivery.

Bulgaria

Complimentary delivery on all orders.

Orders within Bulgaria are delivered with Speedy.

European Union

€20 DHL Express shipping on orders under €300.
Complimentary DHL Express shipping on orders of €300 and above.

There are no customs duties on orders delivered within the European Union.

United States

Complimentary DHL Express shipping on all orders.
Duties & taxes included.

Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable import duties and taxes are included and there should be no additional customs charges to pay upon delivery.

United Kingdom

Minimum order value: £135.
Complimentary DHL Express shipping on all orders.
Duties & taxes included.

Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable import duties and taxes are included and there should be no additional customs charges to pay upon delivery.

Rest of World

€30 DHL Express shipping on orders under €500.
Complimentary DHL Express shipping on orders of €500 and above.

Orders shipped outside the European Union, United States and United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We hope you will love your Bella Sherban piece. If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned pieces must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with their original packaging
• securely packaged for return transit

We reserve the right to decline a return if the piece shows signs of wear, damage or alteration, or does not otherwise meet the return conditions above.

Return Shipping

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be sent using the return shipping label provided by Bella Sherban. International returns are arranged via DHL Express. The applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

European Union — €20
United Kingdom — £25
United States — $25
Rest of World — €30

Returns sent independently or without a return shipping label issued by Bella Sherban cannot be accepted.

Duties & Taxes on Returns

For returns from within the European Union, applicable taxes included in the purchase price will be refunded together with the value of the returned item.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, United States and other destinations outside the European Union, duties, taxes and customs charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Original complimentary shipping is not deducted from your refund. Only the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Bella Sherban will arrange and cover the return shipping cost. No return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Where applicable, Bella Sherban will also cover duties or taxes arising directly as a result of an incorrect or faulty order.

Please contact us before returning the item so that we can arrange the appropriate return shipment.
